Donor Programme Partners (DPP) play an important role within in the implementation of the EEA and Norway Grants. They provide expert and strategic advice on the preparation and implementation of the programmes and assist in finding project partners in donor countries. The Research Agency as the Programme Operator together woth the DPP is focused on strengthening and development of bilateral business relationships and cooperation. The Programme has three donor partners:
- Innovation Norway
- Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir)
- National Agency for International Education Affairs (AIBA)
